Finding the Authentic Self
Jessica Salyer
In conjunction with the Pikeville Pop Up Art on the Plaza series, enjoy this workshop where you will paint a Unity Wreath while learning the importance of being authentic: Figuring out who you are (past), accepting yourself (present) and being true to yourself (future).
Visualizing, verbalizing and using a physical means to bring our true selves to the surface can be a powerful experience. Taking the time to reflect and allow that energy to follow in a safe environment can give you a sense of freedom and the stepping stones needed in being your true, honest, authentic self.
This class is $10 or free with $20 Event Wristband.
