The Mountain Grrl Experience is an exciting art and music event with intent to feature and promote the creativity of women in Appalachia in a safe and supportive environment. For two days in July, The Appalachian Center for the Arts and the city of Pikeville will be our home and gathering place where ALL are welcome.
Proceeds from this day of musical performances, art displays, workshops and educational programs will benefit the Turning Point Domestic Violence Services (Martin, Kentucky) and the Westcare Perry Cline Emergency Shelter (Pikeville, Kentucky), as well as educational art programs at the Appalachian Center for the Arts.
